“When you like computers but can’t decide between software and hardware, then Embedded Systems is a great alternative. I have a Computer Science background, but slowly I got interested in the bits and bytes of hardware. Making the switch to Electrical Engineering was too challenging, so Embedded Systems was the logical choice. We have courses related to both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and I took some additional management courses, making this a truly multi-disciplinary experience. The professors involved in the programme bring their enthusiasm over to the students very well, enhancing the experience even more. Besides that, they are approachable and there is plenty of time for personal discussions.”
